Positioned on the ground floor of The Howard Theatre, we think of this Georgian-style lounge setting as a true representation of Downing College – effortlessly elegant, yet curiously simple. The Grace Howard room supports the Howard Theatre for delegate registration, refreshments and lunch, therefore offering you exclusive hire of the entire building for your event. The room is also available as a sophisticated private dining room for up to 64 guests.

The Grace Howard Room is the type of blank canvas that every event planner needs. Easy-to-navigate, fully accessible registration zone to the home of your next exhibition and as versatile as it is overflowing with character. The room opens out onto the West Lodge Gardens giving guests easy access to fresh air for networking during breaks, lunches and receptions.
