Using seasonal, organic and locally-sourced produce, Executive Head Chef Stephen Wade and his team provide high-quality restaurant standard cuisine. Catering for a variety of events from Canapés with Drinks Receptions to Gala Dinners in one of the College's function rooms, the dishes are perfectly prepared and exquisitely presented.
Exploding with flavour and brimming with seasonal, organic, locally sourced produce, our standards start with our Executive Head Chef Stephen Wade. Featuring all the right wines, and personal touches, dishes are perfectly prepared and exquisitely presented.
WHAT WE OFFER
From a canapé – or two – with drinks to a full-blown gala dinner, our private dining experiences are open to groups of all sizes. The West Lodge and Maitland Rooms are a warm and inviting space for 34, and the College Hall is an extraordinary venue for up to 150 guests.
And while our settings are spectacular, there’s more to our dining experiences than exceptional surroundings. Our staff are friendly and attentive, our experiences are some of the most fun-filled, and our cellar offers a wide selection of wines carefully chosen for quality and value.

Dinners include silverware, fresh cut flowers, candelabras and table linen as standard, as well as the personal addition of menu cards and directional signage created for your event.
